Amount of New Area Painted Each Day

A mural is painted on an integer line. Position x is the unit strip from x through x + 1. On day i, painters cover the half-open interval [start, end), where paint[i] = [start, end].

Return answer[i], the number of strips painted for the first time on day i. Previously painted strips do not count again. Intervals may overlap, touch, or contain one another.

This is an incremental rollout: each daily stroke is applied to the mural left by all earlier days. For example, [2, 6) paints four strips, then [4, 9) adds only [6, 9), for three new strips.
