Wythoff's Game
Two players take turns removing stones from two piles. In one move, a player may remove any positive number of stones from a single pile, or remove the same positive number of stones from both piles simultaneously. The player who takes the last stone wins. Given the sizes a and b of the two piles, determine if the first player (Alice) has a winning strategy assuming both play optimally.
