Two players take turns removing marbles from a bag containing N marbles. On each turn, a player may remove exactly 1, 2, or 5 marbles. The player who removes the last marble wins the game.

Both players play optimally. Given N, determine whether the first player can force a win. Return true if the first player wins, false otherwise.
