Min Ops Values Equal to K

You are given an integer array nums and an integer k. In one operation, replace any element with the bitwise AND of that element and any value of your choice. AND can only clear bits, so each element must already have all bits of k set to be convertible. Return the minimum operations to make all elements equal to k, or -1 if impossible.
