Max Points in Archery

Alice competes in an archery contest with numBows sections, each worth a certain number of points. She has exactly numBows + 1 arrows. For each section, she can either shoot enough arrows to win that section's points or leave them for the opponent. Find the arrow distribution that maximizes Alice's total score.
