Identify the Largest Outlier in an Array

Given an integer array nums, exactly one element is an outlier and exactly one other element at a different index is the special element. The outlier is valid if removing it leaves the special element equal to the sum of all remaining values. Return the largest possible outlier value, or the language's minimum integer if none exists.
