Chessboard Game

Two players play a game on a 15x15 chessboard. A coin is placed at cell (x, y) — coordinates are 1-indexed and both range from 1 to 15. Players alternate moving the coin. From a cell (x, y) the allowed moves are:

  • (x - 2, y + 1)
  • (x - 2, y - 1)
  • (x + 1, y - 2)
  • (x - 1, y - 2)

A move is only valid if the destination cell stays within the 1–15 bounds. The player who cannot make a valid move loses. Both play optimally. Determine whether the first player has a winning strategy.
