1086. High Five

Given an array of records where each element is [studentId, score] representing a student's score, calculate the average of the top 5 scores for each unique student and return them sorted by student ID.

If a student has fewer than 5 scores, you cannot calculate an average - those students are not included in the result.

Examples
Input: [[1,91],[1,92],[2,93],[2,97],[1,60],[2,77],[1,65],[1,87],[1,100],[2,100],[2,76]]
Output: [[1,87],[2,88]]
